Directions

As a dietary supplement: 1-Andro Sterone & 4-AD: take 3 - 6 capsules per day in divided doses with food. Use in cycles of 4 to 6 weeks. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. Arom X: take 3 - 6 capsules at night with last meal. Take for cycles of 4 to 6 weeks.
