Mix one rounded scoop (1

7.5 g) in 250 ml (8 oz) of water. Consume 4ever Lytes 20 minutes prior to exercise. Hydrate with 4ever Lytes often during exercise and 30 minutes post exercise. Keep out of direct sunlight and store in a cool, dark place.
