Directions

Take 1 scoop with 10–12 oz. of water 30 minutes before workout. On Non–Training Days take 1/ 2 scoop in the morning with 10–12 oz of water. Due to high doses of ingredients drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water per day. Do not take on empty stomach.
